I came across this recipe, on Facebook, when a friend had posted it. I thought we’d give it a try, because it sounded really good, and simple enough to make. I will say it was comforting, but I guess for us, it was lacking some flavour to it. It honestly tasted more like, the Potato Skins appie you’ve had at a restaurant/bar, so if you love those…I would think you’ll like this too. Not sure I’ll make it every again, but if you’re a potato fan, you may enjoy this recipe.
