When in Turkey, or raised in a Turkish household, this is a staple breakfast food. It was one of my favourites growing up, and I finally decided to make it myself 🙂 The combination of lightly scrambled eggs in a yummy tomato, pepper, onion and garlic sauce is pure Heaven. Dunking toast into it, is the best part too…omnomnom.
